The festival also witnesses a number of sporting events and competitions which receive warm approval by spectators. Some of the contest which are eagerly awaited are skating race, boat race, horse race, tug of war, panihari matka race, deepdan etc.

Sham-e-Qawwali is a highly sought after event which sees the participation of popular qawwali singers enthrall the gathering. The Summer Festival at Mount Abu wraps up with lively fireworks which drops a curtain on this rocking extravaganza.
